Today, as I reflect on my journey of facing rejection in multiple job interviews, I am grateful for every "Rejected, unfortunately, we are not moving with your application" that I received. Receiving a rejection letter can feel like a personal blow, as if the employer is saying, "You're not good enough." But the truth is, a rejection is not always a reflection of your skills or qualifications. However, sometimes, despite our best efforts, we receive that dreaded email or letter that begins with the words, "Rejected, unfortunately, we are not moving with your application." It's a process that requires patience, persistence, and the hope that all your hard work will pay off in the end.
